She & her husband owned a successful travel agency for 30 years. It was there that Colleen became an expert in dealing with complex negotiations, contracts & compliance. Her repeat customers can testify to her passion when it comes to helping people get what they want! Colleen is originally from the Philadelphia area & has now been a part of the Reno/Tahoe community for over 20 years.
